In-house process covers CAE rollover analysis, 3D design, steel-frame and sheet-metal engineering, chassis wiring, painting and PDI. Around 150 buses a year from two Kaohsiung plants (Gangshan and Renwu, bonded). Per its company profile, the only Volvo-authorized bus body assembly plant in Taiwan.
