Story
Fuzetec Technology was established in December 1999 and is listed on the Taipei Exchange (6642). From its new headquarters in Wugu, New Taipei City, a team of 134 develops and manufactures circuit-protection components sold through distributors in more than 40 countries, with offices in Suzhou and Dongguan.
The company started with PPTC resettable fuses and has grown into a total circuit-protection solutions provider: TVS, MLV and MOV overvoltage devices, patented hybrid OVP+OCP components and power-MOSFET development. Automotive and EV applications account for roughly a third of sales, backed by more than a decade in the automotive market, IATF 16949 certification and AEC-Q200 qualified product lines.
Fuzetec holds 98 granted patents across the US, Taiwan and China, about 5 percent of the global PPTC market (ranking fourth in the industry, per its investor presentation), and reported 2025 revenue of USD 17.3 million.
