Story
HHCMOLD Industrial has developed sheet-metal and plastic molds for cars and motorcycles in Beidou, Changhua since 1994, with 55 people working across a 2,500-ping (approx. 8,260 m2) site.
Mold work is backed by hydraulic presses from 60 to 1,000 tons, four large gantry machining centers, Mitsubishi 3D five-axis laser cutting and robotic welding, taking projects from CAD/CAM and mold design through stamping and welded assemblies, including SMC composite products.
Two newer service lines extend the shop beyond tooling: reverse engineering with ZEISS handheld 3D scanning and surface reconstruction, and industrial SLS nylon 3D printing up to 400 x 400 x 560 mm, suited to complex internal structures and moldless low-volume production for automotive, UAV and pneumatic-tool applications.
