Story

Jhang Lian Precision Industry was established in May 2005 in Tianzhong Township, Changhua County, and has spent two decades in precision plastic injection molding and mold fabrication for optoelectronics, medical, automotive, electronics and industrial customers.

Its automotive line covers connectors, motorcycle brake-fluid reservoirs and EV charging connectors, backed by ten years of IATF 16949 certification; optical-grade backlight bezels hold flatness to 0.2 mm and dimensional accuracy to ±0.1 mm, and medical-grade connectors are produced under ISO 13485.

Eighteen injection machines from 80 to 450 tons run with mold-monitoring systems, electronic production dashboards and 5S management, with 2.5D optical measurement, ultrasonic welding and in-house secondary processing providing one-stop service from mold design to shipment.
