Story

Amulaire Thermal Technology was founded in 2011 through the acquisition of a MIM specialist dating to 1998, and has been listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (2241) since 2020. Teams work across the Linkou headquarters, a second plant in Miaoli, a plating JV in Taoyuan, a Ningbo JV and a Tokyo office.

The company builds heat-dissipation and liquid-cooling plates for the power electronics of EVs and renewables: flat, pin-fin and integrated closed coolers for inverters, BMS and on-board chargers, ADAS coolers produced at over a million sensor base plates a year, and MIM boilers for AI-server immersion cooling. Through 2024 it had shipped 2.7 million closed coolers with zero-ppm leakage.

Manufacturing combines MIM copper (20+ years of experience, 340 W/mK), forging on 3,500 and 5,000-ton presses, stamping and controlled-atmosphere brazing with in-house CFD and structural simulation, certified to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
